PRICING & AVAILABILITY
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. RESERVATION
Reservation of items will be up to 3 days only. One day extension will be given to customers who have notified me the reason for their need of extension. If payment hasn't been made during the given period of time, the orders will be canceled automatically and the policies on cancellation will apply.

Full payment, including shipping fee, is required before the orders will be delivered to you.

The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band that you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.
Shipping details (order breakdown, tracking number and tracking link) will be sent via sms or email once order has been completed and shipped out. Completed orders which also equates to confirmed receipt of payment.
Every order will be shipped with a unique shipment Registration Number so that delivery status is traceable (online tracking depends on buyer country postal service, not all countries support online tracking).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time is composed of two parts: processing time and actual shipping time.
Processing time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination. Our processing takes 1-2 working days normally, while shipping time depends on the Shipping Method you choose.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER (WORLDWIDE)
If our free shipping offer is in effect at the time of your order and your order qualifies for free shipping then during the ordering process you will be offered free shipping as one of the shipping methods available to you. If you select free shipping, we will ship your order using the most economical method available, at our discretion. Delivery takes about 14-21 days. Since all post offices that offer international airmail services do not guarantee delivery time for Airmail parcels, the delivery time is provided for reference only. Orders shipped for free may not be insured with carriage coverage.
Shipping Fee applies if you want to use Standard & Expedite Shipping. It is calculated after the receipt of the order form based on a number of factors including: the desired courier service (Standard / Express); the types and quantity of items you are purchasing; the total weight of the items, destination country and the declared value of the item to be shipped. STANDARD SHIPPING THRU EMS EXPRESS (shipping charge applies)
If you need faster delivery time, the Standard Shipping option is available for your choice. Once you have chosen Standard shipping method, your order will automatically get shipped by courier service for delivery within 6 to 8 days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING THRU FEDEX / UPS / DHL / DEPEX (shipping charge applies)
For urgent orders, the Expedited shipping option (which takes 3 to 7 days) is best choice for you, and we will process your orders in priority. This shipping method is the fastest available.
ON HAND ITEMS (NOT QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING)
For On-hand items, you are required to pay the full amount including shipping within 24 – 48 hours after you submit your order form. In case you failed to pay for your order, the item will be returned to our inventory. We will process your order as soon as we receive your payment, we will notify you when the order is shipped indicating the tracking number.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Orders may slip into multiple shipments.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We do combine shipping, if u are buying more than one item, we will gladly adjust the shipping price for you once you process checkout, we will send you a message via your email or your phone to confirm your total amount to pay for multiple items, if PayPal payment is used, we will refund the remaining amount that is due yours.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days after the order/s payment. After posting out your items, we would update the order status to "Processing to Delivered". We only ship from Monday to Friday. No shipment during Weekend & Special Holidays. We make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible; however, a reasonable amount of delay is to be expected in some cases. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. The buyer is advised to order early to offset for such delays. The buyer is also expected to follow up with their chosen courier's in case this thing happens. Therefore, any delays or lost items are not our responsible and no refunds / exchange will be made. ACTIVE DELIVERY TRACKING
After your order is sent out we will send you a tracking number so you can trace the delivery all the way to your door. Most courier deliveries FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express take 3-7 days to major destinations, EMS Express take 6-8 working days. But you are not the only one watching your delivery progress. We will also track your delivery actively and act fast to deal with any problems. If there is a delay with your delivery, we'll probably already be working on it before you've noticed.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock or unavailable for immediate shipment.
STOLEN OR LOST ITEMS (AFTER SHIPMENT)
We recommend you to place insurance on items. We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after shipment. Every order we ship is double checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once the package leaves our office with a domestic or international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it.
PRODUCT DAMAGE LIABILITY
We always make sure that all items are intact and in brand-new condition prior to processing shipments. We package all orders carefully and make sure that all items are securely in place for the shipping process. If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, we are not liable for these damages. This applies to all items, please keep in mind that we will always do our best to make sure that you receive your items in their intended conditions.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery in your country, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery. Policies on those taxes and duties vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your country for more details. You as buyer / customer are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs in your country.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS
Once the order form is submitted you are obliged to pay and purchase the item(s). There is no cancellation once the orders have been placed. No return, no exchanges unless the items received are damaged or are not the ones you have ordered. In this case, the buyer should inform me through sms within 24 hours upon the receipt of orders and must send the picture of damaged or wrong item at our email, after the allotted time, I will no longer entertain concerns on damaged or wrong shipped items. Rest assured that the items are carefully checked or inspected before shipping.
