1.) How do I place my order?

2.) What is your minimum order requirement to order (MOQ)?
No minimum order required.
3.) Which shipping couriers do you use?
We use Registered Post 14-21 days delivery (+ 3-4 days for order processing) & EMS to ship internationally (one of the most reliable shipping couriers). With EMS goods will reach you within 5 to 7 business days (+ 3-4 days for processing). If you wish to use other shipping couriers please let us know.
4.) Can I reserve my goods first?
Yes you may reserve your goods first. You place an order with us; transfer the full/deposit amount (inclusive of shipping) to us within 3 days.
5.) What are your payment options?
Please browse our payment option to choose. Please contact us if you would like to transfer payment to us via any other means.
6.) Can I be a reseller?
Yes, you can resell our products. You may use the pictures from our website for your advertising purposes.
7.) Do I need to convert my money before I transfer to you via Western Union / Bank Transfer?
We give you the price in Philippine Peso, but you do not need to convert your money at money changers before sending it to us.
8.) How may I be able to contact you?

9.) Can I make changes to my order after I have placed an order?
We allow changes to your order up to the point that you make payment. Thereafter, no changes will be allowed for your order.
10.) Do you allow drop shipping?
Yes, we do. Simply enter your own particulars under the billing section, and enter your recipient's particulars under the shipping section. We will then ship the goods to your recipient directly.
11.) When will you ship the order?
Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days after the order/s payment. We only ship from Monday to Saturday. No shipment during Sundays & Special Holidays.
12.) Who pays for the shipping fees?
The buyer pays for the shipping fee, unless the item description indicates free shipping.
13.) What is “declared value”?
The declared value is amount to be returned to the customer in case the courier fails to deliver the item due to fortuitous events or when the item is damaged during transit. For example, an item worth 5000 can be stated as 3000, which will decrease the transit fee. If in case the item is lost during shipping, the customer will only get 3000 declared value instead of the original product price of 5000 from the courier. The declared value will depend on the customer.
