Purchasing a gift certificate?

It’s the simplest, speediest way to send something special. Our gift certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store, except you get immediate access to them! Choose which way you would like to deliver your gift certificate, and we’ll take care of the rest — either by emailing it to you or your recipient. Both options include your personalized message and gift code in a lovely layout.

We offer printable or electronic certificates, but we do not mail out physical cards to recipients.

For your safety and security, certificates purchased in larger amounts require review and approval by our Customer Care team. This may create a small delay – usually under 24 hours, excluding weekends – between the time you purchase the certificate and the time it’s sent or available for print out.

Redeeming a gift certificate?

• Gift certificates can be redeemed by entering the code in the 'Voucher / Gift Certificate Code' box in the order form. The amount of the gift certificate will automatically be applied to your purchase.Any unused balance will be applied to your next order.

• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. 

• Returns on items purchased with a gift certificate will be issued as store credit.

Do gift certificate purchases qualify for special offers or promotions?

Sorry, but gift certificates do not count toward the purchase amount required to be eligible for promotional offers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Kawaii Gyaru Gift Certificates are available to purchase on the Site for delivery by email to a named recipient.

• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided for the recipient of the Gift Certificate is correct.

• Kawaii Gyaru cannot be held liable in the event that the named recipient does not receive the Gift Certificate due to the Buyer having entered an incorrect or non-existent email address.

• Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Certificates.

• Kawaii Gyaru Gift Certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

• Gift Certificates are issued at the discretion of Kawaii Gyaru, who reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Gift Certificate at any time if they have reason to suspect misuse.

• Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the Kawaii Gyaru site by the named recipient.

• Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

• If the value of a Gift Certificate exceeds the total order value, the Buyer will receive store credit to be redeemed against subsequent orders placed on the Site. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• The Buyer can consult their Gift Certificate balance or account balance at any time by contacting our sales representative.

• If the value of a Gift Certificate is less than the total value of an order, any store credit on the Buyer’s account will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of the Buyer’s Gift Certificate or store credit must be paid by bank transfer, mobile transfer, money transfer or credit/debit card.

• The Recipient of the Gift Certificate is responsible for ensuring that the Gift certificate is kept secure, Kawaii Gyaru shall not be held responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

• If a Buyer returns Goods purchased using a Gift Certificate, Kawaii Gyaru will credit the Buyer’s account with the total value of the purchase.

• If a Buyer returns Goods purchased using a Gift Certificate and Payment Card, the Payment Card will be refunded in the amount of the card payment, and the remaining sum will automatically be credited to the Buyer’s account.

• Returns of Goods purchased using a Gift Certificate is subject to the terms of Kawaii Gyaru’s Return Policy as set out in these T & C.
